Jessica with the four parakeets

I love to remember my highly missed parakeet Striker for his intelligence, among many other things–and you can see it in his face here as he communicates with Jessica at the same time as leading the flock. (Belle and Sparty have been finding their way, but you don’t replace that kind of leadership overnight.)
