Jessica and I used to go to Giants games from time to time when we lived in San Francisco, but with the close of the Barry Bonds era and our move east, I don’t really know them anymore.
We’ve wanted to check out the Cleveland Indians at Progressive Field for a while, and the day we picked (6/24/2008) happened to feature an inter-league matchup–against the Giants.
The game was close the whole time, but the Indians lost 3-2. But we had a good time anyway in our right field upper-deck seats, plus the stadium was so crowded that they ran out of bobble head dolls to give away by the time we got there, so I got something as a substitute that I like better–a new hat.
